What happened
The UK Covid-19 Inquiry, chaired by Baroness Hallett, is publishing reports by module. Its second report (Module 2, 20 November 2025) found the response of the four UK governments was often 'too little, too late'. Vaccine safety reports are published by the MHRA, and the government runs the Vaccine Damage Payment scheme.
